Lisa Kinroy specializes in corporate crime and investigations, and she represents corporates, public sector bodies and individuals across a range of sectors on compliance, investigations and prosecutions. Lisa's experience includes financial crime, including bribery & corruption, money laundering, tax offences and fraud. She has significant experience assisting with internal corporate investigations, including complex cross border cases. Lisa regularly appears in the Sheriff Court and with counsel in the Supreme Courts, both in civil and criminal actions. In particular, she has experience representing clients in Fatal Accident Inquiries and in defending clients in corporate prosecutions. She regularly provides training to clients on corporate compliance.

Uisdean Vass is the Scottish co-ordinator for the AIPN and Managing Director at VassPetro Limited, Aberdeen. Uisdean is a prolific author and commentator on MER and has extensive experience in comparative petroleum regimes including the USA, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Offshore Canada and many others. He is qualified to practice in Scotland and Louisiana.
