A longtime member of AIEN, Ms. Botero co-chairs the drafting committee tasked with drafting an AIEN Hydrogen Joint Development & Operating Agreement (JDOA) that establishes a collaborative framework for the joint development, implementation, and operation of hydrogen-related initiatives.
Ms. Amatto holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Energy Economics from the University of Calgary.

Ayesha focuses her practice on project finance, infrastructure, and natural resources. She has extensive experience representing developers and lenders in complex oil and gas, power generation, and infrastructure projects worldwide. Ayesha also has experience in the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of finance and commercial documents related to international project financings and privatizations. She counsels companies involved in the development and deployment of new energy resources, including renewable energy.
Ayesha is a recognized practitioner by Chambers UK, and is recognized as a leading lawyer for Project Development and Banking and Finance by IFLR1000, as well as a thought leader and a global leader by Who's Who Legal. Legal 500 has commended Ayesha’s “commercial and pragmatic” approach, noting that she is “strong on large multi-source project financings.”

Previously, Gabrielle was Commercial Manager for Storegga (Houston, TX) working on Carbon Capture and Sequestration projects globally. Before Storegga, Gabrielle was the Senior Commercial Advisor for Chevron New Energies (Houston, TX) working on Carbon Capture and Sequestration projects along the US Gulf Coast, focused on the Bayou Bend Project in the Golden Triangle region. Prior to the Chevron-Noble merger, Gabrielle worked as an international commercial advisor at Noble Energy for 10 years, working on various west Africa assets in Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon, focused on monetizing the Alen gas field through the EG Gas Mega Hub and the Yoyo-Yolanda cross border development. Commercially, Gabrielle has negotiated a wide range of agreements, including farmout agreements, unitization contracts/bilateral treaty, joint operating agreements, condensate/LPG/LNG sales agreements, joint venture agreements, capture and sequestration agreements, and various government granting instruments.
Gabrielle is a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program at Chevron(2023), has an MBA from the University of Houston, and a BA from Washington University in St Louis. She is fluent in Spanish, knows enough French to be dangerous.
Gabrielle is the current Vice President of New Energies for AIEN.
